Needed at your New Hampshire or Massachusetts Mortgage Application

Listed below is documentation that you will need to supply in to complete your mortgage application:

  • Copies of your 2000 and 2001 W-2's.

  • Copies of your last four current paystubs, with year-to-date earnings.

  • Employer name and address - two year history.

  • If self-employed - 2000 and 2001 tax returns with all schedules and YTD P&L.

  • If renting - the landlords name and address for the past two years.

  • Copies of the last three months bank statements for ALL accounts (all pages).

  • Twelve months cancelled checks (front and back) for either your current mortgage or rent payments.

  • List of all revolving credit and installment loan payments (including current mortgage) with account number, address, monthly payment and outstanding balance.

  • Purchase and Sales Agreement.

  • Deed, tax bill, and listing sheet for new property.

  • Driver's license and social security card.

  • If VA loan, original Certificate of Eligibility.

  • If resident alien, green card.

  • Checkbook to cover costs of credit report and appraisal.
